We were met with both absolute professionalism and friendliness, which lead to a personalized and pleasant experience the whole way through, at no point did we feel like another number in line. Not only is Kirsty’s knowledge of the industry vast, she was able to relay the information to us simply so we were able to completely comprehend each step we were taking.
